Intro

 

Initially designed to build a long term commitment of professionals from the Heating&Cooling business to Panasonic, the Loyalty Program is also suitable to create campaigns for any User Profile(s), and to run several campaigns at a time, independent from each other.

Now, the Loyalty Program also allows to manage so-called 'Direct Campaigns' with immediate reward (no long-term commitment is targeted > 1 purchase = 1 gift)

 

How does it work?

 

Participants earn points thanks to their purchases of Heating&Cooling products. Collected points are then exchanged by gifts.

This is a 2-step process in which participants place their Points' Request(s) first, and then, their Gifts' Request(s)

 

Participants submit a 'one-shot' entry with documentation, wishlist and shipping details. They do not need to place separate Gift Requests.

 

The entire process is controlled from the Admin Area: from submission of Points requests, to validation of Gift requests, including information exchange with participants…
