- Open Rate: percentage of list subscribers who opened the e-mail message. The open rate is the percentage of unique e-mails opened divided by the total number of e-mails delivered
- Click-through-rate (CTR): Total number of unique clicks divided by the total number of recipients. With this indicator, only one click per email is counted for each email address
- Click-through-open-rate (CTOR): Total number of unique clicks divided by the total number of unique opens
- Bounce: Emails returned to Sender because they could not be delivered for some reason. Soft bounces are e-mails returned to sender because the mailbox is full, the message is too long, or the server is down for instance. Hard bounces are e-mails returned to sender, permanently undeliverable because the email address does not exist for instance.
- Unsubscribe: Recipients who want to cancel their subscription to the Newsletter
- Complain: Recipients who mark your Newsletter as spam
