Lietošanas noteikumi

These terms of use (referred to below as 'The Terms of Use') are applicable to the website www.panasonicPROclub.com (the 'Website') owned and operated by Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Straße 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany and its group companies and subsidiaries (referred to collectively below as 'Panasonic').

1. Accessing the Website

Pēc reģistrēšanas dati tiks pārbaudīti, vai tie ir pilnīgi un vai tajos nav acīmredzamu kļūdu. Ja tajos nav acīmredzamu kļūdu, reģistrācija parasti tiek akceptēta bez liekas kavēšanās, un lietotāja konts tiek atvērts. Panasonic jūs informēs, nosūtot e-vēstuli par reģistrācijas statusu.

(4) You agree to notify Panasonic immediately of any changes which are relevant to your registration by sending an email to proclub@eu.panasonic.com

(5)Panasonic reserves the right to refuse registration as a User or to terminate or suspend User's account (if any) at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where in our opinion details are not correct, current, or complete, or if in our opinion such action would be appropriate (including where it suspects the registration of multiple accounts/User profiles by the same individual).

(2)Passwords and Account details

Each User will receive a user name and a password. The password shall be changed after the first login. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her password, account number, ID and other details (if any) and for all activities under User's account. Any unauthorized use of User's account or other breach of security should be reported to Panasonic immediately. User's registration and/or subscription is personal. It may not be disclosed or made available to others. Each User shall use the care of an orderly businessman to secure that no third persons will access its user account. Access by the User's employees and other personnel under the User's control are permitted.

3. Use of the Website

4. Intellectual Property and Utilization Rights

(2) Panasonic piešķir lietotājiem bezmaksas, ne-ekskluzīvas un citiem nenododamas tiesības izmantot saturu nekomerciāliem mērķiem, aizliedzot tā materiālus jebkādā veidā modificēt vai mainīt, dzēst vai nomainīt jebkuras autortiesības vai preču zīmes informāciju. Lietotāji drīkst lejupielādēt saturu un īslaicīgi rādīt to savu datoru ekrānos, un izdrukāt. Lietotāji iegūst neierobežotas tiesības izmantot šo saturu. 5. Uploading content or material to the Website

(1) If and whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material or post content to the Website, such material or content must not be illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right, or is otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable, or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any 'spam' . You warrant that any such contribution does comply with the above, and you indemnify Panasonic for any breach of that warranty.

Any Software on this Website is provided as is without any warranty obligation or guarantee. In particular without limiting the foregoing, Panasonic does not warrant an error-free or uninterrupted performance of any Software, and the Software shall not be deemed fit for any purpose.

Any result or whatsoever provided by the Software on this website shall be for information only. Panasonic does not take over any responsibility for the accuracy of any information, result or whatsoever processed or obtained through any Software provided on this website.

Panasonic reserves the right to change any content of this website and any Software at any time without prior notice. In particular without limiting the foregoing, Panasonic reserves the right to remove, change or otherwise make disposal of any Software on this Website.

If Panasonic has reason to believe that User does not comply with any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or is in breach of other legal provisions in connection with the Website, Panasonic may suspend the User's access to the Website. Panasonic will inform the User via Email about the Suspension and the reasons therefore.

8. Liability

10. Variation

Panasonic patur sev tiesības jebkuru brīdi pārskatīt šos lietošanas noteikumus, labojot šo tīmekļa lapu, pat neskatoties uz esošām līgumattiecībām. Panasonic ar e-vēstules palīdzību informēs lietotājus vismaz 30 (trīsdesmit) dienas iepriekš par šādu pārmaiņu īstenošanu.

Ja lietotājs neiebildīs šīm pārmaiņām 14 (četrpadsmit) dienu laikā pēc tās saņemšanas, pārmaiņas stāsies spēkā nākamajā dienā pēc šī 14 dienu iebilšanas perioda beigām. Ja lietotājs iebildīs pret pārmaiņām, līgums turpināsies saskaņā ar tā sākotnējiem nosacījumiem.

11. Jurisdiction

Hamburgas pilsētas tiesai Vācijā būs ekskluzīva tiesas kompetence par jebkuru prasību un strīdu, kas radies vai ir saistīts ar mūsu tīmekļa vietnes izmantošanu.

12. Miscellaneous

Ja kāds no šī Līguma punktiem vai tā daļa zaudē spēku, pārējie punkti paliek spēkā, turpretī spēku zaudējušais punkts tiek aizstāts ar punktu, kas ņem vērā pušu savstarpējās vienošanās un pienācīgi ietver likumu prasības.
